We've been in business 45 years. We do the complete job from beginning to end and are a "custom" builder. Customers can draw up their own prints or take one of the hundreds of prints available online and make changes to it.

Custom designed homes

We can build almost any style of home including: ranch, cape, two story, contemporary, and multi-family or our team will work with you to help you create your own custom design.

10 year structural warranty

We build our homes with quality name-brand products and materials that you know and trust. Our homes come with a 10 year structural warranty, along with specific product warranties.

Leave it to us

We build the basement, do the electrical and plumbing, and finish the house off. We build any decks, porches, and additions you can dream of.

Founded in 1979

Cam Sutherland and Sons Construction began forty three years ago by Cam Sutherland and his wife April. Their son Trevor grew up in the business working on roofs, installing siding, and hanging out around job sites all throughout his teen years. Estimating, building, and talking with customers as a family is what makes their business model work.

Founded in 1979, Cam Sutherland and Sons has extensive experience navigating the construction process from estimation to completion.
